[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

Don't need to see it, I fully believe you...however, it appears that myself
and others are not able to. I've done 5.02, 5.03, Xvid, ffdshow and on one
box it never works and on my laptop it seems to work sometimes with ffdshow.

I'm -pretty- much of the assumption that I've munged my WinXP codecs
somehow, however, I can't seem to find a good tool for getting to them
directly and uninstalling them.

Since it's looking more and more like a Windows dependent problem, we should
probably move this to users.

The one thing that might keep it here is that I'm not 100% sure that we are
getting a .avi out of mencoder that is fully /correct/ as it seems to be
very picky about what codec can play it. In other words, it seems to me
that DivX3/4/5, Xvid, ffdshow should all play it if all is well with
the .avi.
