[mythtv] pvr250 bitrate affects sound

How are you setting the bitrate for the PVR250?? I didn't think that
MythTV supported the setting of bitrates yet? I've wanted this feature
for a while since my PC cannot playback 16Mb/sec files, it's just
slightly too much for it. Please let me know how you are setting the
bitrates.

A complete reinstall of mythtv from scratch fixed this.
