[mythtv] [EXPERIMENTAL PATCH] support for netjuke's db schema in mythmusic

Hi,

here's a patch against CVS (of about 2 weeks ago) to add support for
netjuke's (netjuke.sourceforge.net) db schema to mythmusic. Note this is NOT
supposed to work right now, but rather to get comments/flaming about the
code itself. Let me know if it makes sense at all to continue with this.
