[mythtv] Help getting decent page chooser for teletext.

Okay, I think I've got it now, however it is GetSetting, not getSetting.
It baffled me for quite some time :)

Thank you. It did help, but a little change was need for it to compile
:) - I'll wrap up another diff shortly that can hopefully be accepted by
Isaac...
