[mythtv] Channel management

Another thing: the XMLTV source I use for The Netherlands is
tv_grab_nl_wolf. There is also a tv_grab_nl which just leeches a lot of
HTML pages from a tv-guide website and parses into XML. This is a very
slow process so somebody decided to the work for us and put the result
on his website for others to download, this is what tv_grabl_nl_wolf
does. Problem here is that you can configure which channels you want and
which you don't, you just get all possible channels (there aren't that
many anyway).

Frequencies being different almost per city here you have to fill in the
channel numbers manually in the channels table. Of course you can't fill
in the numbers for the channels you don't have so I have left them empty.

So what I would like to know is if it would be possible to make the EPG
ignore channels that don't have their channel number set? (Well, of
course it's possible and I wouldn't mind doing the patch myself, I just
want to know if there is a reason not to do it? Isaac?)
