Try to use the Red Hat rpms at http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/xmltv/. If
you want to compile them yourself grab the src.rpms, do a 'rpmbuild --rebuild'
and watch.

Note that you need to upgrade some parts like expat and some perl stuff to get
xmltv dependencies satisfied.
