[mythtv] New Problem when using remote

All the time.  What do you think is going to happen with a user that
has a remote control that accidentally sends a repeated ESC and finds
themselves at the exit screen?

If you've ever done beta testing, you would know that you must go
through as many potential combinations and user action sequences as
possible, hoping to break something.  I've got something that breaks;
right now it's unknown if it's the app or the window manager (KDE). 
My bet is the WM, since it appears to be a focus issue.

But does that mean that the breakage is invalid?
