[mythtv] missing table in database?

mythfrontend and the setup program both create that entry in the database if 
it is missing when they start.  Your problem is that the themes directory as 
compiled (/usr/local/share/mythtv/themes) doesn't have any themes in it.  IE, 
you didn't install things.
