All 4 One - 8 Device. I'm still working out codes and the like, but I'm close. It's working passably (though not perfectly).

Serial IR Port: IRMan, from http://www.evation.com/

All in all, very happy with this setup right now. I'll post my .lircrc and lircd.conf when I've got them ready.
