[mythtv] Sound card suggestions

If I set my awe64 that way, the live sound would stop correctly
while I would hear the playback sound, but only for a few
seconds until I reached the timeshifted amount, then all sound
would stop.  Seems the card wouldn't record without playing.

I haven't tried a SB16 I have also, but assumed it
would have the same faults as the awe64.
