[mythtv] mpeg4 selection still gives me .nuv files

Just because the file is compressed a certain way, doesn't mean it is
going to come out of the stream as a .mp4 or .mpg4 file. MythTV creates
an off-kilter NuppleVideo file (the creator changed some things for
optimal performance) no matter what the compression setting you use.

Do a little search in the archives for MythVideo. It isn't completely
polished yet, but it'll play some of the files you want to play.
