[mythtv] Patch - LiveTV channel favorites

Just a suggestion... why not make this another 'mode' in the EPG?  Right
now there's "(4) Progam Guide" and "(6) Find a program"; how about "(?)"
to toggle all channels/only favorites?

Can't wait to give this a try... there's just too many damn channels!
