[mythtv] Preview release 1 of the new theme G.A.N.T.

Did  some changed to theme.xml. Just replace the old one. You need a new .png as
well. They're so small, so I'll just attach them here.

Changes:
* lesser menuitems, bigger fonts

I  think that's all really.. I started fixing MythMusic, but I'm not sure how to
do with the buttons yet..

And some changes that were made on blue that i merged..
