I agree... end users don't want to know about 'Algorithms'.  Though, 
perhaps 'Encoding Quality'?

Also, is it me, or is the 0...9 scale counter-intuitive?  For something 
called 'quality', I'd expect a higher number == higher quality.  Here, 
higher number == faster, lower quality.  This always used to confuse me 
in the Recording Profile setup screen, in the MP3 audio section, though 
I think the help text was finally updated to be more clear.  Maybe this 
screen could take a cue from that...?
