Hi, just wanted to get this out there, to help out those who are setting up for the first time.

- Implemented checking of parameter against what the frontend supports,
this should hopefully help anyone setting up dvb. :)
- Did some more of those fixes/cleanups from Ben.
- Redid the order parameter is parsed.
