[mythtv] MPA Autodetection & Mono Support

Hi,

Here is some needed code to support mono soundsource, and autodetection of
changes in the mpa stream.

I originally wanted to move the video autodetection code in GetFrame to a
seperate function, in which we could put any further 'format fixes'. If you
feel this way to, I'll get to it.

The sndctl_dsp_channels didn't work when used with only one channel, that is
why the sndctl_dsp_stereo is there (mplayer also does this).

Other than that it should be a minor change.
