[mythtv] small cutpoints glitch

ok, I got this much figured out - was informed of the "editing" flag in
the database.  As a suggestion, it might be better to set this to some
sort of process-identifier, such that the backend could reset it to 0
when it discoveres a disconnected/hung/killed editing process.
