I would say that chanid is still the pk.

Chanum is used filling channel infor just in NA (maybe someone else?). In
xmltv is not expected to have channel information in its dtd. Wasn't that
what gave troubles to na users with some xmltv versions? That's also why
other countries do need setup apps for that info or fill them manually.

I'm happy that people's enjoy that patch, however Tako's question makes me
think... maybe we have to document that..., I was just reading the thread by
casual, someone reads all of them? ;) well, I do not also read all the docs
but certainly to write is not a bad idea... My english is not my best
hability...
