[mythtv] [PATCH] Tiny mythweb listing patch

Finally got round to doing the same patch for mythweb2 that I did for 
the EPG some time ago: ignore channels that don't have channel numbers. 
The channels can't be used anyway so why show them? :-) (for a complete 
explanation why it is even possible to have channels without channel 
numbers just see my original messages about the subject.)

PS: Can somebody tell me what the freqid field in the channels table is for?
