[mythtv] File Size Limitations

Counter-suggestion? Use Paragon Software's Mount Everything, and store
those mythtv files on a native ext2/3 partition. It's available at
http://www.mount-everything.com/ and costs $40 (and they have cheaper
versions available too). You'll get to read/write files on that
partition from WinXP without problems.
No disclaimer necessary. Back when I used Win2K, I used their product,
and was very happy with it. No other connection to the company.
