[mythtv] Dual tuner annoyance

I have 2 tuners in my mythtv box.  When I'm watching TV and a scheduled
recording is about to start I get a dialog asking if I want to go back
to the menu.  Wouldn't it be better if it just automatically started
recording on the second tuner instead of making me go back to the menu
for 30 seconds and waiting to watch live tv.  I'd try to fix this one
myself, but I thought someone else could probably get it done in a more
reasonable amount of time.
