[mythtv] DVB support - Status update

In case anyone is interested, the code for DVB support is written, incl. 
DVB-T and DVB-S support. Ed gave me a shell account on his machine with 
a DVB-T card (thanks!), so I was able to try the code. Channel chaning 
doesn't give errors anymore. Reading of the MPEG data from the dvr 
device node does give an error, and I don't know why.

The code quality should be more or less OK. I'd just like to introduce a 
few abstract base classes. And a bit general cleanup is needed. Also, 
the ts->ps filtering function ts_to_ps() in libdvbdev is a hack and 
slow, but I don't plan to change that myself unless it turns out to be a 
problem.

If anyone wants to play with it, I am uploading once in a while (via a 
script) the current status to 
<http://www.bucksch.com/xfer/dvb-N.tar.bz2> with N being a serial 
number. Unapply (patch -R) any older patches before applying new ones.
