[mythtv] simple decoder for mjpeg (and other mythtv) formats?

I haven't poked around the code very much (there is quite a lot of it),
so I thought I'd ask for a pointer in the right direction before I spent
a lot of time digging around.

Is there a simple class/interface provided for decoding mjpeg/mpeg4 in
the mythtv nuv format to raw YUV frames for doing interesting things to?
