[mythtv] OSD Screenshots don't work for me

I've fixed the problem with non-Xv mode and the OSD and will be committing
the fix tonight.  I've also replaced the non-Xv scaling code that I
originally created and it will now use libavcodec functions for both
scaling and color conversion.  These give a much better appearance
scaling the OSD and any text onscreen than my simple line/pixel doubler code.

I should get this into CVS tonight, had a little time to code this
afternoon but not enough to break it out of my working code and submit.

Afer that you'll be able to do screenshots of stuff by using the NO_XV
and NO_SHM environment variables if you want.
