[mythtv] OSD Screenshots don't work for me

I've been trying to get screen shots since I first posted my New osd
themes, but I have yet to find a way.  I've had several suggestions, but
none have actually helped.  Hopefully some one will come up with
something.

Hey guys! I'm trying to get some OSD Screenshots going on, but I
absolutely can't figure out how!!

I set the NO_XV flag (note: undo this with "unset NO_XV" in most
environments), but when it skips the xv, I can't get the OSD up for the
screenshot..

Anyhow, I'm wondering if anybody else is having similar problems, or how
people have successfully made the screenshots..
