[mythtv] Buglet: cut file not being deleted when .nuv file is deleted from menu?

If memory serves, I believe I remember seeing the .txt file left in
the video directory even after I finished watching the program and
deleted it.

Don't have access to my box, so I'm not sure if this is still the
case.
