[mythtv] Using CVS

I found the instructions for accessing the CVS server by looking
through the archives of the mailing list.  For those that are
wondering, this worked for me:

% mkdir mythtv-cvs
% cd mythtv-cvs
% export CVSROOT=:pserver:mythtv@mythtv.org:/var/lib/cvs
% cvs login mythtv
Password is mythtv
% cvs -z3 checkout MC

Isaac, could you consider adding this to the FAQ or the README?
