[mythtv] Start using Mythtv/cvs

Would be good to fix these segfaults, I presume they're because the
validity of the location hasn't been checked?

It would be nice if setup was run automatically if there's a problem
that's likely to be a initial config error (maybe set some database
setting once its been run once?). Or, at least, these conditions are
checked for and a message printed saying to sort out your config.
