[mythtv] My RedHat 8 Setup VS. Docs

I can't speak for window focus yet because I haven't been able to do
anything useful with myth yet, but as far as having kde loaded, it is not
required. At least under 8.0, qt is loaded for Gnome as well. I did have
to go back and load all the qt-dev stuff, qt-MySQL, and some other rpms that
didn't get loaded though.

My plans are to be dual head, with two different X servers. When I get to
that point, I'm *sure* I'll ditch Gnome on head 2 (myth) primarily for the
footprint. But it does run, and, at least for me, have the same focus
behavior as any other window at this time for the way I'm using it. And,
yes, although I'm having sound problems, when I view a prerecorded program,
the video display is on top and does not change (however the control bar at
the bottom of Gnome continues to occupy space)
