[mythtv] Theme: ColorBars

Since I requested the image/active-image patch, I figured I better get a
move on with my theme. There are still a few little placement bugs to
work on (I don't quite get the text placement) but otherwise this is
pretty complete.

It comes with the following Icons:

- Watch TV
- Setup
- EPG / Schedule Recording
- Delete Recording
- Resolve Conflicts
- Play Recorded
- Music
- Rip CD
- Create Playlist
- Gallery
- Games
- Radio (HINT HINT to whoever was working on that - I'd love to see it
included and I have no prog. skills!!)
- mythTV logo

As well as a preview (for the TV > Setup > Themes manager), qtlook.txt
(unchanged from Theme:blue), and a themes.xml file. Create a folder in
/usr/local/share/mythtv/themes/ called colorbars (or whatever you'd
like, I guess...) and unzip the file (available here:
http://www.ziarek.com/mythtv) into it.
