 This is caused by the mythfrontend setting StartupScreenDelay being zero.
 This value is passed along in contextcache.xml and this value is then used
 by mythtv-setup. Then mythtv-setup sometimes fails to start correct.

 The workaround is to set the StartupScreenDelay to a value of at least one
 second.
