 I'm running mythbuntu 0.25.2 and I can verify this bug.

 While trying to determine why DVS (descriptive video service) was always
 playing on DVDs, I found that changing the setup language (audio) track to
 Espanol 5.1 fixed the problem (I got English 5.1, in other words).  Turns
 out that if you select track N, you actually get track (N - 1) played when
 you return to the menu.

 But over and above that  (more to this bug), if you play the movie under
 one track, then change the track and try to play again, it crashes at that
 point.

 I'll upload frontend log demonstrating this.
