Log:

Add a DTD for mythui themes. Validation against the DTD does not mean the theme itself is valid and there may be some omissions meaning that valid xml fails to validate, if you encounter the latter then please report it to the mailing list. We're already intending to replace/augment the DTD with an XSD which will permit stricter validation.
