Log:

Fix the NDFD 6-day forecasts.  The script was borked in several places, 
for instance, if you are in a different timezone than the place you are getting
weather for, all the icons were non-existant.  Also, the icons were borked if
they were missing, and it took out the low temperature with it, having "low-0"
instead of "icon-0" for missing entries.

Yuck.  Also, there is great room for future performance fixes.
