 One more thing, I've just performed a scan existing transports and paid
 careful attention to what has changed.  Strangely for the broken channels
 not only does the transport for the mplexid not have the right frequency,
 no transport has the right frequency.  I suspect the either the transport
 scan is broken or the transport data from the cable company is broken.
 I'm going to have a look at the code and see how the transport scanning
 works.
