 If you have defined a custom GUI size, and then watch LiveTV, and finally
 hit 'm' to bring up the menu and select program guide. The program guide
 fails to appear and this appears in the log file....

 Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x7869)!

 And when exiting out of LiveTV, the frontend hangs with the following in
 the logfile.

 2007-01-08 20:19:31.464 TV: Attempting to change from WatchingLiveTV to
 None
 QObject::disconnect: Unexpected null parameter
 2007-01-08 20:19:31.791 TV: Changing from WatchingLiveTV to None

 This is with SVN 12325 for 0.20.
