If you want to use the deprecated mythtv-setup, just click on OK and
it will start. As Klaas said (and the next pop-up warns) stop the backend
before using it.
But, the Web App is preferred. You can use it from a browser running on backend
or from a remote host. Note that when using the Web App, the backend must be
running.
If it doesn't work.then mention the actual reason it isn't working for you
("no joy" doesn't count ;)).
Type: systemctl status mythtv-backend.service to see if the backend is
running.

PS, if you do this again (e.g. when 26.04 comes out), don't drop the databawse
and reload it. The DB update is done by the backend when it starts.
