I found some more information. Originally I had both of my HDHomerun
tuners selected. So there should have been a total of 4+2= 6 channels
available. I only wanted 2 capture card entries and the system could pick
from either tuner device. That must have confused Mythtv. It's worked in
the past on non-Arch systems. So I edited to only select the HDHR Connect
for both capture card entries. So both tuner inputs from the same device.
This time HDHomerun Channel Import worked.
