I'll leave the Docker stuff to you. I got all the Docker I wanted building
an IOT stack on a Raspberry Pi 4 back during the Covid 19 shutdown.
Mosquito, NodeRed, InfluxDB, and Grafana. That was definitely a project to
drive you to drink. I still use it but it's stable and untouched. I know
VM using Libvirt and QEMU. So I'll stay in my lane.
