[mythtv-users] Some success on V35 on Raspberry Pi with mythtv-light (cmake)

After the successful build on v35 aka Master. I posted the .deb to the
public Google Drive site called out in the wiki. Then I built a fresh RPI 4
with Debian 12 default build of RPI OS and downloaded that posted .deb and
installed it. I configured my backend the same as I did with V34 and it
worked as expected with one minor exception.

The default web app setup showed the USA English so I didn't have to change
it. After everything was setup and recording a show I picked from the EPG
(from SchedulesDirect) I started up mythfront and noticed that the
spellings were all UK English. Mythfrontend setup of locale showed UK as
well. I changed it there and went back to the Web App. Now it showed UK
English so I enabled updates and changed it to US English and saved and
restarted. Minor but that is not what happens when I build a system on
Debian 12 on x86_64. So I don't know if the RPI4 changed its default
language during an update or if this is all Mythtv, but it's an easy fix.

Please note that the .deb in the mythtv-light Raspberry Pi section in the
Master folder is labeled v36-Pre, but it's really v35 schema (I think).
