I don't know what dependency it was, but I added libsqlite3-dev and rebuilt
after cleaning out the regular cmake build of plain old mythtv and this
time the .deb installed and worked. I definitely has libmythexiv2 libs.

I'm going to save that .deb and on a fresh install of RPI OS, I'll see what
happens just installing the .deb
