[mythtv-users] Building V35 for the Raspberry Pi 4

I tried to test the mythtv-light-xxx.deb generated by the build process by
installing just the .deb on a new fresh system.  I ended up with errors
like:
mythbackend: error while loading shared libraries: libmythexiv2.so.99:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

When I installed the .deb on the system I built it on I had no problems.
