Peter, I only found libv4l-dev missing.  I did a complete rebuild of
mythtv-light taking the Default (cmake) and it seemed to build fine.  I
installed those packages on my RPI4 and configured a combo BE/FE and
everything seems to be working including find_orphans.py.

I've posted that .deb on the Google drive your reference on the Android
mythtv wiki page in the mythtv-light -> raspberry pi -> master area:
