Stupid typing on a phone

I meant to say that it will use a local geolocated relay server. This will
set up either a direct connection from you outbound through your NAT to the
other end which has open incoming port, or do a full proxy to relay if
neither end has incoming, potentially due to carrier grade NAT on both ends.
