[mythtv-users] Mouse pointer does not disappear

I find that if I start mythfrontend on a single monitor PC and don't move
the mouse regardless of the setting in mythfrontend, the cursor stays until
I move the mouse once and then the timeout takes effect and the cursor
disappears after X seconds.
