[mythtv-users] Changing the Airdate format

Hi All,

It should depend on the language/country setting of the machine,
sometimes overridable by setting a different language/country in the
program.
For US the default is mm/dd/yyyy
Most European countries have a default of dd-mm-yyyy
In Japan they use yyyy-mm-dd (for easy sorting!).

For time most have 24h as default except for US, England and most
former British territories. (they weren't conquered by Napoleon who
introduced SI and tried to introduce a decimal time system but didn't
get further then the 24h system.)
