The way I see it, you have to log on to your backend to add videos to 
your system. After copying them, just remember to run mythutil 
--scanvideos. You are in there anyway, so it should not be much extra 
work. There is no reason to run this on a regular basis with systemd or 
cron, you only need to run it when you add, move or remove videos.
