I set up a new custom Recording Profile for a Transcode and called it
jfa-ts and took the default options to start with.  I ran that against one
of my recordings and it said  error exit status 139.  The log shows this
error:
 E CoreContext recorders/NuppelVideoRecorder.cpp:494 (SetupAVCodecVideo)
NVR(): Unable to open FFMPEG/mpeg4 codec

Not sure if I need to install a new codec?  My mythtv was installed and
updated via the ppa.
