I don't know how much timestretching would be affected, probably not
by a whole lot.  I would hope the GUI would be a little more
responsive, though, due to not copying so much video data around.

The app crashes when started.  It's using the same packaging checkout
I've used for months, just built for 32 bits instead of for 64 bits.
