[mythtv-users] creating and installing mythtv v32 on Debian 11 Bullseye?

Can the instructions on the wiki page:
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Installing_MythTV_on_Debian

be followed without changes?  I have not had any luck.  I can build Mythtv
on Debian 11 by building from source and manually installing the database,
mythweb, etc, but using the packaging would be easier if it worked.
